2025 Fall Study
2025 Fall Study
Mondays 1:00 to 2:30 PM
Both Men’s Bible Study and Women’s Bible Study will undertake a 24-week study of the book of Acts this September, meeting at separate times but keeping the same lesson plan. The first class will be September 8 for WBS and September 13 for MBS, and we will finish in April 2026.
The men meet on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm in person and on Zoom. The women meet on Mondays from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm in person and on Zoom.
Acts is a fascinating book full of exciting action, gospel message, and profound faith. The full title is The Acts of the Apostles, and it describes the activities of certain apostles of Jesus who carried on his teaching and continued his ministry after his death and resurrection. We will use a Life Guide study book from InterVarsity Press, written by Phyllis J. Le Peau.
All are welcome! If you have never studied the bible, if you have studied the bible for years, or if you are somewhere in between…please consider joining us. There is a seat for you at the table or a square for you on the Zoom screen.
Please speak to Steve Lacombe (steve.lacombe.uville@gmail.com) or Jaymie Lacombe (jaymie.lacombe@gmail.com) for more information or to sign up. We will be ordering books on August 25, so please reach out by then to confirm your participation.
Acts 1:8: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

During class: we go through the lesson together and share our answers. We also share prayer requests and have a time of prayer.
